[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — toll collected twice on mumbai pune expressway

Address:Ambekar Nagar, Sanghmitra CHS, Chunabhatti (E), Mumbai City, Maharashtra, 400022

During our travel to lonavla on 16 dec 2019, it was smooth as there was no installation of fastag machines at khalapur toll plaza. However while returning on 17 dec 2019, at khalapur toll plaza, we were informed that fastag is not available and hence we paid in cash rs. 173.
However, same amount rs. 173 has been deducted from fastag account.
This is a serious problem as there is no official email id of hdfc bank to send the proofs and claim refund. Because hdfc bank call center never picks up the call ([protected])
