[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Transaction failure | |||||
Sir I was booking a flight via goair on 12th january 2017 and got my transaction failed. I cross checked with the airlines and they didn't receive the amount. So I lodge my complained with your bank RCP branch mumbai. Its been more than four months those people never gave me a satisfying response. I use to visit the bank twice every month and every time they told me that they are waiting for the response from the merchant Sir today they replied me that transaction was valid . If it was so they should have told me earlier. This is not the way to deal with your customer A private bank will always remain private i think it can never reach the level of a well working bank. Few months back I was working with a company and that company opened my salary account with HDFC bank. Now I left the job and after that bank started sending me message regarding non maintainance and bank is charging me non maintainance charge in negative balance. But as per RBI this is wrong. Pls help me out. I m not gonna pay.
