Sir my name is munish gagneja am your very old customer my saving account number is [protected]. Sir i have a made a online transaction on 22nd of may through pay zapp an amount of rupees 14020/- in the favour of tata sky account. But that amount was not credited in the tata sky account & debited from my saving account & the refrence number of that transaction is[protected] through debit card number [protected] 22nd of may 2017 at 4:27 pm monday Transaction i'd is [protected]pw37uc8 Sir i have written so many times & spoken to mrs poonam goyal who's is my personal banker [protected] but nothing comes out. I am requesting please help me out from this problem if a amount was debit from my account & not credited the same then should be reverted.
