I am unable to "add money" to my paytm wallet using my HDFC credit card since the last two days. Paytm claims that its not that fault from their end. I tried calling HDFC bank regarding the same, but the customer care executive did not have any idea about what I was speaking. I will lodge a complaint with the higher ups if this isn't resolved on priority. Exact error - We regret to inform you that the service of adding money to your paytm wallet is currently not available on your card. you may still continue to transact on paytm with the same card for other services such as recharge, bill payments, travel and movie bookings and shopping" Was this information helpful? | |||||
