HDFC Bank — unauthorised payment against ref. no. amazon1258399 | |
Hi, From 12 november 2019 every month to till date, there is unauthorised payment against ref. No. Amazon1258399 being deducted from my card no. Xxxx4057 on every 11th/12th of the month without otp. I raised my complaints to amazon no. Of times and given statements for all such payments and called hdfc bank as well but getting no positive response from them till date. Total around rs 1791 has been deducted. I have even removed my card details from amazon account even then such deductions are being made. I can not rely on amazon and hdfc bank both. Looking for proper resolution to my complaint. Was this information helpful? | |
