[Resolved] HDFC Bank — unauthorised transactions | |
Dear sir, Four transactions have been made through my credit card. Through some google*ujoy of rs 6469.74 each. I have sent dispute form vial my e mail. Which is under process. My complaint is that their must be separate telephone no to get credit card stopped immediately. I dialed the customer care no immediately after i received 1st message that unauthorised transaction has been made. But regular service centers took very much time to attend the call as to dial this no and press this no and in the meanwhile four transactions where done just in three minutes. Then after your service center could block the card. Therefore my request is that a direct no of customer care executives should be written on cr, cards to immediately block such transactions. And please get the matter resolved for this illegal transactions and amount be credited to my cc account Was this information helpful? | |
