HDFC Bank — Unauthorized credit card bills | |||
One Assist is a third party service provided by HDFC bank. How ever they did activate the service & charge the amount without my permission. when i complain to HDFC, they told me to directly contact One Assist. Seriously these one assist people dont have any manners how to talk, they talked rude and they told once the service activated cant be refunded . so it was a waste talk to them. so i told HDFC bank about these issues, now i got only 30% the amount debited. What the hell with HDFC & its service. Total dissatisfaction from customer end. Was this information helpful? | |||

Around 06:30Am in the morning hdfc bank ATM pul prahlad our New Delhi 44, I swap my debit card in ATM machine and entered the amount of 10000 while received only 9200 in which 18 denomination of 500 and 2 notes of 100 rupees.
I have not received my 800 rupees.
