HDFC Bank — unauthorized transaction by one assist

I have request for Credit card closure on October. They asked me to pay 200+ rupees on pending month. The same i have discussed with My Prime Banker. As per her guidelines, Again i have raised a request on November for Card closer. But nov 28 th Rs.1899 was deducted from my credit card for One assist auto renewal. 2018 it self i was raised request to bank for auto renewal. They was stopped and the same renewed with out my knowledge after 1 month. That time itself raised concern about this. Again Last wee raised complaint for money reversal and unauthorized transaction to customer care. They said will take a request for cancellation and money reversal. But now one assist team is calling and they said can't refund the money i[censored] cancel the plan right now like that. I don't want any one assist service. i want my money back and need to close the credit card service as well. Note:2016 & 2017 the plan was ended in October. Now the Was ended in November.
