[Resolved] HDFC Bank — unauthorized transaction in my credit card | |||
On jan 2019's credit card bill, there was unauthorized transaction amount rs 750 from amazon sellers service, mumbai, that i had to pay, without knowing Anything about that transaction. I complained to hdfc bank through its own net banking email service. But the bank is claiming, its a authorized transaction done with authorized otp by me. But i didn't make any transaction in last few months from amazon.in. I am not aware of amazon sellers service at all. And amazon.in and amazon sellers service are not same. Hdfc bank is just sending the same reply every time to my query. Please do the needful to get back my money. Was this information helpful? | |||
