[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Unethical behaviour | |||||
I had a salary account in hdfc bank (Zero balance account) opened by the previous employer. Now, my current employer preferred me to open account in icici bank. So i could not able to maintain the hdfc account. On sep 6th, 2016 my friend transferred me rs.485 to my hdfc account (By mistake to hdfc account, as she had added this account as payee long before) for booking train to go native for an emergency. Hdfc bank had charged rs.485 for non maintenance of minimum balance on 8th sep, 2016. Now my current hdfc bank account balance is -4389.21. Please do needful to refund my 485 rupees and to close my hdfc account.
