[Resolved] HDFC Bank — updation in cibil records | |||
I had settled my credit card in the month of june 2014. However it is still reflecting in my cibil records and causing unnecessary complications. Kindly please have it removed from records and have them update it in their system please. My card no was [protected]. Please help me out on this. I was told that they will have it removed from my records after settlement. Thinking that i went forward with that but they have yet not done it. I was given the assurance by one mr manjunath of hdfc bank. It looks like they are not serious about it. I have raised a request too multiple times. I don't know where to follow it up as it is not something that should still come up in my records. Attaching letter that was given. Was this information helpful? | |||
