[Resolved] HDFC Bank — want to complaint about hdfc bank employees service | |||
Very very disgusting service, again i called customer care they are saying now you need to send letter to chennai branch hdfc warn all of you not open an account with hdfc bank. Or for that matter don't have any kind of dealings with hdfc bank. Do not take any loan from the bank, or get credit card from the bank. Please do not do this or you have to repent. I am having my salary account on hdfc kalyan khadakpada branch, which converted into salary a/c after few months, due to non maintainance of salary every month... For which i Paid interest also, i visited so many times at your branch for cheque book, but every time they said u Need to request at atm for cheque book, i have done that also, but i have not recieved any cheque, i m Working so nobody is present at home,, so i requested them to give me cheque book at branch... Even i Said i am ready ti fill the form for cheque book request... But she said no... After so many attempts Now even internet banking is not accepting my request for cheque book.. Even my net banking was not Working.. One girl from credit card dept. Said i will help you for this she had taken my mobile & on the Name of help... She said i will also forward the request for credit card... Even i trusted her... Without My consent she had requested for credit card also... Dento i coperated... But this time... Its too much Now... I again visited to close my saving account... Your bank people from khadakpada branch said... You Need to close your credit card first.. Then only i can close your saving bank account... So i forward the Request to your call centre... They said it will take 10 days... Now this kind of service can we expect From private bank... Disgusting... I dont want any kind of service from you... Even i am going to put This on my facebook & social media... So people shouldcome to know about hdfc bank services which they Are providing to the clients... One south indian girl attended me... Even i am having that account Closure form with me... Which she had given me back after checking my account... And all girls were Laughing after that... I really appreciate service of axis bank... They attend clients properly & their Services are not comparable... You people make us fool... No hard words for you... Please do not open your account in this bank, from last 6 months i am doing follow ups with these people, but every time they are saying we had put an request for deactivating your credit card transaction, disgusting service & theses people dont treat customer properly, is it taking 6 months time to close the account, please take immediate action on these hdfc people. Verified Support Jul 04, 2019 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, We are fully sensitized to your comments expressed with regard to your credit card. We confirm having processed your card closure request and as on date, there are no pending dues in your card account. To delink your credit card with your saving account, We request you to log into www.hdfcbank.com with the user-id and password provided for your HDFC Bank savings account. Upon login, you will be prompted to register netbanking for credit cards. Please register your credit card to view the credit details online. Please follow the below process for de-registration of the card. Step 1: Choose "Netbanking" button on the home page. Step 2: Once inside Netbanking, click on "Credit Cards" Step 3: Click on "De-Register Card" option on the left side link. Step 4: Please enter your card no, expiry date, and the ATM PIN number of the Primary card, and click on "Submit" to link your card to your current customer identification number and Internet PIN. In the event, if any of the information provided by you is incorrect, then there will be a general prompt which will inform you that one of the above details are incorrect.
