[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — want to complaint about hdfc bank employees service

I visited hdfc bank on daily basis, now she had taken signature on closure form & said i will put request for delinking credit card, now almost 2 months gone, still it is pending, i called on daily basis but no body is picking up my call, ms. Aswathy nair had given me line line no. [protected], but this no. Nobody is responding, really i m fed up now by doing so much follow ups for closing the account, each & every employee is giving false commitment, hdfc bank employees are misguiding me from last 6 months, now its too much, i m withdrawing my amount, if you people will charge interest, i will sue you in the court, third class service, pls pls pls guys dont open account in these bank, these people will take your mobile without your consent & will apply for credit card, i have not applied for credit card & even i not recieved any credit card, then these people will make you fool, by saying first you delink credit card then come to us. You people will get cursed by harrassing us like this... Sheet service. U should feel ashamed

Dear Customer,

We confirm that the card ending 7341 has been cancelled with effect from 27/05/2019. We have arranged to delink the credit card from the Customer ID. We assure you that the same will be delinked within 7 working days.

Credit card Settlment is not clear by bank. Pending shown in my account status. So Please clear pending and improve my CIBIl. HDFC Bank not Issue NOC till date.
