Without any otp sent to my registered mobile... The amount of rs. 1399 was debited to my hdfc credit card account. How to debit my amount without my confirmation towards otp or if any... At what basis you accept these type of transactions... I loss an amount of rs. 1399.00 due to your lack o[censored]nderstanding of fraud transaction... Without receive any confirmation from me, how to transfer an amount of rs. 1399.00 to the service provider... Please cancel the transaction and refund to my source account...
