[Resolved] HDFC Bank — worst customer care service

I have been trying to contact the "customer care" department of hdfc for 2 straight days now!!!. They are constantly engaged. How is it possible that they don't have a single customer care executive to attend to a customer who has been calling non-stop for several hours!! Are you seriously that short-staffed!!! Horrible service!! All other banks have very prompt customer care services. Hdfc is just plain complacent. They'll constantly harass with multiple calls offering loans and credits cards (At times, several times in a day) but when the customer needs support, they are always busy!!! BC not proper attend to customer & also wrong way to customer And check all customer privet account details by self BC.so please given proper service & attend given right way to our HDFC customer..
