HDFC Bank — Wrong deduction in my account

This is Simpal rao . I have a salary account in your hdfc bank in the noida sec 1 branch. my account [protected]. From the last 2 months i am getting a debit transaction description in my account of rs.16.00. and again rs.96.00 deduction, i have no idea why this amount is deducting from my account . so kindly i am requesting you to let me know that for what i am being charged with this amount .
