[Resolved] HDFC Bank — wrongly debited my card and asking me to pay the same | |||
Hdfc cc team has charged a wrong transaction in may’18 on my card. They accepted the mistake on receipt of the dispute form. After that they did not corrected the transaction and still an outstanding amount showing against my card for wich they are calling me everyday for collections. Priority grievance cell is not acting on my complaint, i have made more than 100 calls and send 50mails. Every time they are sending a standard reply with a new reference number. This is heights of harassment they are doing to me. Was this information helpful? | |||
