[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Wrongly debited my online account payment

I am harpreet singh from jalandhar, punjab. On date[protected], i have applied for passport on online passport seva website and online transaction appliied from my hdfc debit card online @rs. 1512/-,, this amount is deducted from my account but not paid in passport seva,, they can show failed transaction,, but my account payment debited,, i have contact to hdfc cuatomer care,, but no working this number for punjab[protected]. Please help me..
