HDFC Bank — yet to receive the fastag sticker

I applied for hdfc fastag online on 29th November 2019 with payment of rs.1000(Two cars), also uploaded the necessary supporting documents and vehicles registration certificates.
After that i received customer id & wallet id on 5th Dec 2019 through sms and email. Even my wallet was recharged for inr.300each. But still i haven't received fastag sticker.
The toll free does not work and i'm struggling with fastag as it is mandatory for all vehicles.
