This is with respect to my fastag id[protected]. On 24th january i have been charged for two one way toll trips taken in the space of 2 hours. Have raised this issue with hdfc on thier portal but have still not received any response or refund for the same for the last 10 days. On speaking with hdfc they asked me to send an email to fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com

I have sent the email but no response from them either

Maybe you should read my above post instead of giving a generic reply. I have contacted both your Fastag team and emailed the above email too and still have not received any reply from you.
