I have booked a property in Hiland greens by paying 15% then Hdfc approached me for home loan .Initially they told me That Balance money will be approved but after 1.5 months they told me that about 3.5 lac Lesser Amount can be approved.I have denyed to take the loan but my processing fees has been deducted & they are noT providing ME the file no Also.the branch is triangular paRk KolKata and Sales peRson Is deepak kAtaRia.Now i am not getting my money and document BaCk.
