HDFC Bank — amount debited from account but is not reflected

₹10000/- have been debited from my account as an sip in the month of august but its not reflected in my hdfc policy account. They say they have reverted back the amount but infact it is not credited back into my account. I am continuously following up with them asking them for the transaction details but they are not responding to my queries. Please see that i get my amount credited back.

I have wrote to you on the very email mutiple times. If you had resolved my issue there I would not have approached this portal.
Kindly look into my issue and close it asap.
