[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — fraud and useless management

I have taken money back policy from hdfc life monthly premium of 3202 in the month of nov after the payment i did receive any call or mail from hdfc or policy bazar. Due to this i requested for cancellation over mail even then no call from their end. On nov 19th i called hdfc to cancel then they said policy is issued. I requested not required cancel the policy, after that no calls or no message after continues mails sending to hdfc then fine day message me to fill the documents and send back, but no attachment documents were sent in mail. I again sent mail requesting for documents sp form, neft mandate form. Mean while send premium got deducted rs 3065.

On 18dec that is on last day of lock-in period of policy at 10:30am sent me neft form. I filled and sent immediately but they said money will not be refunded as policy was cancelled after lock-in period.

I have sent mails attached saying i have already sent mail for cancellation and i have not received documents from their end.

Then they came saying we have sent ur case to concern department wait for reply.

I have looped amitab chaudhary., but the mangement is so worst and irresponsible they do care.

Today is jan 5 till not no clarity wether i will got money back or not, i lost money around 6000+ so my request to all please never go with hdfc & policy bazar and be like me.

Thank you for your valuable suggestion I have been writing continuously mails to the mail id mentioned [protected]@hdfclife.com after writing 20mails when didn’t get any response I came to this consumer complaints..you people please go through my case then give me some other suggestion.

Today new team member from hdfc life mails he want to have discussion,

Once in 2days new team member mails with same subject.when I am fighting for my refund from November..idiots you don’t have shame to rob my money when asking for refund...just want to waste time not refunding amount..these people are like serving with the dead people money.

By just giving the diplomatic answers like - if the concern is already raised on service Id, our team will check and post assessment response will be shared with policyholder.

and keeping the status as resolved it doesn't mean you have solved the issue.Not even your HDFC team contacted me its not your responsibility once the payment or premium is paid and every month premium will deducted from registered account.

hdfc life waste no response and no responsibility, when we are alive u dont respond what abt the people for whom we took policy.
