[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — no support for my own policy

I have been sold a policy from hdfc representative at the bank, the payment was being charged. I haven't got the policy document. There was no communication from the bank for 1 year. Now i got a call from the bank to make the 2nd premium payment. I called the helpline number and they refused to give any information about the policy. The policy document was delivered as per their hdfc life records. I requested the customer care to call on the registered number and give some information about the policy so that i can make the payment, the lady refused. I wrote and email to [protected]@hdfclife.co, they also replied with the same answer that they can reply to the registered id which is not mentioned in the policy so they can not do anything. The just raised an interaction id hdfcsl=[protected]. I am feeling so so harassed by the hdfc life team, can't even explain. Is there any way-out to make them understand the pain they give to the customer. They are not ready to listen that the policy document is delivered to wrong person. They are not giving any information to me. They are not ready to get in touch with me on my registered phone number.
Kindly suggest what should i do? Can i take this matter to consumer court?

Kindly inform to the customer that write to us at [protected]@hdfclife.com from his / her registered id to have the same look into and addressed. If the concern is already raised on service Id, our team will check and post assessment response will be shared with policyholder.
