[Resolved] HDFC Bank — selling policy by fraud

Hi.. I am holding a policy with me with complaint no. 4936d.

It was sold tome by false commitments by mr akash so called their executive whose number is; [protected].
He committed that hdfc will give us loan of rs 1400000 on behalf of the policy but for that we have to buy it and hold it for some time.

Later on everything was found fraud and he changed his number. I request you please refund whatever amount is possible as i have paid 70000.
I am suffering from kidney failure i need money for treatment.

Hdfc life declined my fathers claim under policy no 21049504 name of abdul rasheed hajam on the bases of occupation but my father was working as fruit grower so kindly solve the issue.
