[Resolved] HDFC Bank Payzapp — amount debited from the app but the money is not credited to the icici bank account

Hi i transferred 4500 rupees from the hdfc payzap. Amount is deducted immediately but the same amount is not credited to icici account. It has been a week there is no response from the customer care. Please let me know how to recover the money. I also have the transaction id. The amount i transferred is to the company sragy where they have an account in icici.
