I have sent a DAC/AMP to them for repair and its been 3 weeks now its delivered to them, it hasn't been delivered back to me yet and they stopped responding to my emails now. I have already paid the repair fee they mentioned and the device isn't tested yet completely and they are wasting my time, to replace a mother board they have taken 3 weeks already.
