I have purchased a RHA Truconnect true wireless connect earbuds from Headphone zones in October 2019 with a warranty of 3 years from RHA. Headphone Zone being the authorized channel for RHA warranties and service, I raised a warranty claim with them on 21st June 2021 and couriered the headphones to HPZ office at chennai. With clear instructions of the problem, it took more than a month for Headphone Zone to admit the device was defective with multiple rounds of inspection and a lot of excuses.
After they admitted the defect in the product they sent me a replacement unit which was defective and they haven't had any courtesy to even validate if it works. The Headphones they sent was of such low quality, looked, sounded and felt like a 2nd market product and even had a lot of cracks on it. I reported the problem and HPZ arranged to pick up the headphones, and there is no positive response from Headphone Zone about when I would receive the headphones. It has been around 75 days for HPZ to rectify a defective unit that I bought from them.
There were around 50 emails exchanged between Headphone Zone, and more a few dozens of phone calls made to the customer support, still of no use.
If you ever buy from Headphone Zone, please be assured your warrantys won't be claimed and none of their promises will be fulfilled.
I would strongly suggest you to directly buy the products from company selling the products than the so called Headphone gurus who does nothing but loot your devices, money and time. I have lost hopes of trying to get at least the defective original headphones of mine.
When I enquired them for the product in the latest email, I have been receiving the same reply that they have sent the package to bluedart and they are yet to receive the courier details to update me, apparently according to Headphone Zone the courier partner is at fault. Attached the reference of emails exchanged.
