Health First India — opd/ipd health plan and medical insurance

This is with regard to an opd/ipd health plan and medical insurance offered by health first india vide order id[protected] [protected]

I have received a call from the company on 25/04/2019 for a membership with this company for taking opd health plan. They had sent me a mail also describing the plan benefits. I had agreed to take the membership for 5 members in my family by way of 9 monthly equal instalments after campaign discount of 10% and senior citizen discount of 10%.

I have been told that after payment of initial rs.3000/- i will get a call from my bank for choosing emi tenure (3 month /6months /9months).

They had sent me a link for collection of the same amount to the paytm a/c of rpq services pvt ltd (Collection partner of health first india as told by the representative over phone) for generating order id. I have chosen to pay through upi and proceeded further. I have paid rs.3000/- for the membership for the heath plan (Opd/ipd, medical insurance) provided by them on 25/04/2019.

The payment was successful for the same order id. However, no promo code was generated.

But they said that they had not received the amount was not received. The representative had assured me that i will get back rs. 3, 000/- within 7 days which i had paid and no membership will be provided to me.

However, i have not yet received rs.3, 000/- back yet into my bank a/c.

I had sent them mail twice till date with the screen shots of the upi payment window and the payment confirmation to the said paytm a/c. They had not replied over mail but they had call me over phone and confirmed that they have not received the amount.

They have also said that i am lying to them, the screen shots i had sent them are fake and i have not paid any amount to them.

The screenshots of the upi payment screenshots and the order id generated after successful payment are attached herewith.

I don't want to take the membership of this company anymore.

I just want my money (Rs.3000/-) back.
