[Resolved] Health First India — elite plan medical insurance | |||||
10th january 2019 i got repeated calls for the membership offer from a salesperson who called himself as sanjeev from hfi (Health first india), for 1+1 years for 2 people (Me & my spouse) insurance with 5 lakhs mediclaim coverage for each including coverage even for regular doctor visits, free vouchers for blood tests, machines for blood pressure checking, for sugar testing etc etc. They called it the "elite plan" for inr 8, 799/- I paid the money twice vide citibank credit card & axis bank debit card. They promisef to send national insurance cards by evening of 10th jan_19 & policy, vouchers, machines for blood pressure to follow by post. I then realised it's a fraud, after they stopped answering and none of the numbers are working. It seems they have changed their name and website address to a new one. Earlier they called themselves hcs (Health care services) with website hcs.org.in now they are calling themselves "health first india" (Hfi) and the new website address is https://www.healthfirstindia.in/ however, the but the address posted on the new site is same as that on old one d - 63 sector - 2 noida, up 201301 I have taken up matter with citibank & axis bank to stop their payments but citibank says payment is already gone through company paytm gateway & they are helpless to do any thing although with submission of complaint firm etc earlier citibank had temporarily credited the payment. Axis bank ofcourse reversed the payment & as per them case remains closed. While i feel embarassed that i did not do due diligence before falling in their trap, i am also amazed at their confidence and impunity with which they have been operating since long. It would be great if i can reach out to other citizens who have been similarly scammed, to stop these criminals from duping any more citizens. Even today calling at their given nos. [protected] no body answers where as other no.[protected] gives a recorded msg that calls to this no. Are barred. Mar 12, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved For than 2 months as on today, company had not sent the insurance plan for me & my wife. No insurance cards for 5 lacs from National Insurance as promised on 10th Jan received upto this moment of 12th March 2019. No vouchers for medical examination, for tests etc or no b.p monitoring machine & sugar testing machine as promised is yet received. No insurance policy for me or my wife received till this moment. Even action on my request to cancel the deal has not been done, even money 8799/- charged from me through Citibank Credit card through their Paytm gateway returned so far. It's clear case of FRAUD & they have cheated number of parties like me as evident from lodge of similar complaints by many people. | |||||
