The people from the company used to frequently call me and told me about the benefits of becoming a member.
I made these payments by 28/02/2019, i paid inr 10999/- to upi no. Upi/p2a/[protected]/[protected].

Later when the payment was made, they did not even bothered picking up the calls or replying to any of my emails.
As the payments are made by e-banking, i believe it would'nt...

This is with regard to an opd/ipd health plan and medical insurance offered by health first india vide order id[protected] [protected]

I have received a call from the company on 25/04/2019 for a membership with this company for taking opd health plan. They had sent me a mail also describing the plan benefits. I had agreed to take the membership for 5 members in my family by way of 9 monthly equal instalments after campaign discount...

I got a call for the health insurance offer from a salesperson who called herself ms simran kaur from hfi (Health first india), for 1+1 years for 4 people insurance with 3 lakhs mediclaim coverage for each including coverage even for regular doctor visits with 20% cashback offer. I paid the money then i realised it's a fraud, after they stopped answering and none of the numbers are working. It seems they have changed their website and name...

After long followup and high disappointment am writing this, at the time i had informed and agreed inr 12599 the insurance and the hfi plan for the senior citizon and the company had taken the taken the double payment with below two transaction through rbl credit card (Inr 12599 transaction t 49925 and inr 19999 transaction t61778 on 05.10.18
Also told will complaint but the mail bounce on the register id as the customer service stop...

From 15th march 2019 i got repeated calls for the membership offer from a salesperson who called herself ms sania from hfi (Health first india), for 1+1 years for 4 people insurance with 3 lakhs mediclaim coverage for each including coverage even for regular doctor visits with 20% cashback offer. They called it the "super saver plan" for inr 12, 599/-. They told that you will get package kit within 7 working days to your home address. br...

10th january 2019 i got repeated calls for the membership offer from a salesperson who called himself as sanjeev from hfi (Health first india), for 1+1 years for 2 people (Me & my spouse) insurance with 5 lakhs mediclaim coverage for each including coverage even for regular doctor visits, free vouchers for blood tests, machines for blood pressure checking, for sugar testing etc etc. They called it the "elite plan" for inr 8, 799/-

Health first india sold me a health policy in 11, 000 rupees.
I transferred the amount buy credit card on 20th december 2018.
Till today i didn't get my documents,
When ever i called that lady simran whose mobile number is below, always her mobile is transferred to the answering machine.
I have sent several mails to the mail id which mentioned below as well.
But not getting any reply.
Now they are...

With high disappointment i am writing this, i have made payment of rs. 14699 & 3000 on 14th december for health insurance policy, at that time i was informed that i would receive my health card within 10 days. But have not received till date, nor am i receiving proper response from the customer care team. I had sent a mail for cancellation of the same, i was told that i will get a refund of my amount, and i have neither received the same....

No communication received till date from Health First India

Request a refund of payment of Rs 8799 immediately

I received multiple phone calls, on Nov 20, details of Family members, as per their records were correct. My address was old as per their records which they promptly updated and confirmed back on telephone. I made the payment through Paytm. Screen shot of payment details attached
