Health Mug — shipment delays and poor response from company

Medicine shipped on 09-nov-18, is not arrived till 03-dec-18. Company is responding rarely asking for cooperation, while they are not ready to re-ship, or refund.
Should not pay in advance to such companies and should do cod so that under such cases order can be cancelled and they should bear the pain to get the lost shipment returned.
They are still using most failed courier services like dtdc & dorzot.

I had ordered a product from healthmug on 25/02/2019 but it is not delivered yet...
[protected] this is the reference number of the product...
Product seal are broken. as I mentioned above. so I want to return the product and want my money back. I have already complaint on customer care on Monday 13.01.2020.

I didn't get my money refunded of product that I cancelled.please look into this.I accidentally order for other place and doesn't want to buy
