[Resolved]  Healthkart — money deducted from account but order is not places

I ordered muscleblaze creatine through ola money wallet and due to some reason the money got deducted and i got blank page when i returned to the main page it showed payment failure. I placed my order on 20 june at 8:51pm amounting 519. I had 51rs in my ola money wallet so total deducted money was 468rs. And the order didn’t got placed. Please look into the matter.

I ordered healthviva omega 3, multivitamin and muscleblaze creatine on 20 June at approx 8:45pm the order got processed and packed on 20th June at 11:45pm and now it’s been 3 days and still they didn’t dispatched the product from their warehouse. An ecommerce site working this much slow in this era is ridiculous. You will lose all your customers soon.. better to buy products from another online ecommerce site except HealthKart..

If you can’t fulfill your customers needs then you don’t even need to keep on going with your store. And now your only reply will be ‘ the order gets dispatched from warehouse from 1-3 days and it can take umpteen days to deliver the package and blah blah blah’
