Healthmug — opened parcel delivered to a wrong address.

My parcel was delivered to wrong address and i got the parcel opened. I want to cancel this order and get my money refunded. Or else i want a new parcel. I do not trust in open parcels this is not fair. I want either money refunded or a new parcel. I have already paid the money. But this is going fraud with me. I want a new parcel again i will not tolerate company's misbehaviour
