I had ordered this online watch day before yesterday. Plz find attached for your reference. However the rep from the Oberoi mall calls me and states that the watch is out of stock.

My question is if the watch was out of stock why did the system let me order that watch.

On further insisting when the watch will be delivered when I was ready to wait even for a month or so, the rep was rude and said he dnt know and it's out of stock all over India.

I see the same watch on flip kart now and I'm sure it's in stock. Can you please arrange this watch and send the delivery to me at the earliest.

I wud really appreaciate if someone would reach out to me at the earliest with a resolution and not a reason!! Also it wud have been great if you wud got me to via email with some resolution at least... this standard draft really doesn't help me at all.

I would be waiting for your reply though and expecting a resolution at this at your earliest!!

    Respected team,

    I am writing this mail to show you my dissatisfaction of purchasing the tommy hilfiger (Th1791163j) watch (Inr 13, 000-) but i have bought at 50% discount which cost me at approx inr 6500/-.

    I bought this watch from reputed shop "helios-the watch store" no f-21, first floor oberoi mall, goregaon east, mumbai - 400063, maharashtra.

    I have bought tommy hilfiger (Th1791163j) watch approx 1 an half months ago i. E. 05 july 2016 & facing problem twice in the strap of my watch. I visited the store & gave them for replacement. On the first time they replaced the watch within a week with minor fault in the strap but when i again visited the store to show them about the minor fault they refused to accept it. Finally mr. Dharmesh (Regional manager, cell no. [protected] helios store) accepted the minor fault on the strap of tommy hilfiger (Th1791163j) watch and ready to replace it within a weeks time.

    I have waited for a week but did not get any calls from helios store regarding my watch. See the carelessness of the employees of the store. I called them up & asked for my tommy hilfiger (Th1791163j) watch then mr. Dharmesh (Regional manager, cell no. [protected] helios store) replied that we are checking the same watch in all the stores so need some time to get back to you.

    I again waited for the weeks time but did not get a single call from mr. Dharmesh (Regional manager, cell no. [protected] helios store) or any of the employees from helios store related to my tommy hilfiger (Th1791163j) watch. Heights of carelessness & shamelessness.

    Immediately on the next day i. E. On 4th aug, 2016 i called mr. Dharmesh (Regional manager, cell no. [protected] helios store) & asked about my watch then what he replied was, "i got the same watch in 'hong kong' store & you will get it within a week". He promised me that you will get the watch within 7 working days so from 5th aug, 2016 to 12th aug, 2016 i have waited patiently.

    Days were passing and on 16th aug, 2016 when i called mr. Dharmesh (Regional manager, cell no. [protected] helios store) he did not pick my call & messaged the same that can't pick the call, what's up?
    Then i called in the helios watch store number from there mr. Omkar had received my call.
    I asked him about my tommy hilfiger (Th1791163j) watch then mr. Omkar (Employee of helios store at obroi mall) replied that due to the shipping issues we are unable to get your watch on time. So we are checking for the mail over the mail & we need some more time to get the brand new tommy hilfiger (Th1791163j) watch.

    I could even imagined a kind of pathetic service from mr. Dharmesh (Regional manager, cell no. [protected] helios store) & their employees (Mr. Arun, mr. Omkar & miss monika)

    If you are unable to give the brand new watch then kindly return my cash.
    I really feel that international brand is cheating to the indian people.
    You are not only losing the customers but also spoiling a brand value of tata group.
    I'll take a legal action against all i. E. Mr. Dharmesh (Regional manager, helios store) & their employees (Mr. Arun, mr. Omkar & miss monika) if my watch is not replaced or my problem is not solved by maximum 19th aug, 2016.

    I kindly request you to solve this problem at the earliest.

      I had made a purchase of Rs.20283.90 incurred at M/s. Titan
      Company limited which was converted into an equated monthly
      installment(EMI) on 28/07/2014 for the tenure of 6 months at merchant
      outlet directly. the purchase was on 0% interest on emi through HDFC
      bank credit card.
      After receiving the first credit card bill with interest of 1% charged,
      I had contacted the store and specifically" Ms Rosemary", (the lady at
      the payment counter who had swiped the card and assured the transaction
      to be without any). She explained that the interest has been charged
      erroneously and such things do happen. they would fix it next month by
      informing the bank officials. on sensing some goof-up, I
      wrote to the senior credit card banking officers at hdfc who has
      replied in his email very clearly that there was no such scheme of 0%
      interest on purchase through emi basis with the merchant. I shared the
      same information with the store. the next month and the
      month after that followed with the same problem of emi being charged
      with interest of 1%. The officials from the store repeatedly assured
      that this issue will be taken care off within 3 months billing cycle. I
      have received the latest bill with the last emi charged for the said
      purchase and it still carries the 1% interest on the purchase. So if
      there was a chance of reversal of interest charged shouldnt have it been
      taken care off in the last bill? Now my question is: -was the staff at the counter of the store not aware of the interest being charged on emi? was it done deliberately as an effort to push sales?
      -I was always in a position to payup for the full amount at once, but
      on their reassurance of emi being charged with 0% interest is when I
      agreed to paying using credit card with emi option. -why is it that I need to pay up addition interest on the amount every month on account of a blunder committed by the store staff?
      I have also received an email from the store stating the issue is
      discussed with the bank officials but there has been no copy of emails
      or ref no provided to me about their reassurances from the bank. I am a regular customer of Titan watches and have purchased watches from various other Helios outlets in India and this one has turned out a total disaster! -Runa Ganguly

      After receiving the last emi statement, the Helios officials contacted Pine Labs(company incharge of the billing machine which is used while swiping any a card at the store). The official from the company then called up to explain the actual discount which was already provided while swiping the credit card during purchase and that the bank were charging their actual rate of interest on such transaction. I wish and believe the sales incharge at the store should have been a little more trained in this regards to help resolve such queries upfront or during the time of purchase. This could probably be the only request to the Helios team. But I appreciate their efforts in trying to sort things out and explaining things in the right context. Must mention is that they were all very polite throughout the entire complaint and resolution process. -Runa Ganguly

      I Have purchased Charge belt May 1 2016 and it was defective, Helios people took 15 days to replace it and i have 2 one also defective piece and now i want my money back and the shop is not at all responding.Never seen this much hopeless service

        Helios Watch Store: Fraudulent in the Clause "180 days of gift coupon validity" not clear how days are counted from the Date of Purchase
        Helios Aundh had issue a gift Card worth 3000/-
        Date of issue - 29/07/2012
        Helios card - 1000 xxxx xxxx 1908
        Valid for 180 days from date of issue. We visited the Helios shoppe on JM road on 26-jan[protected]th days from the date of issue) Our card was rejected and purchase was not allowed on the card. Vendor claimed that it had been 185 days, 5 days late than the date of issue. I want to know that "what is count of days" calculated as? there is absolutely no information provided on the card about when the store was to nullify the card . What about the public holidays/days when the store was closed do they count? on the 180th day we were disallowed to make a purchase on what basis? Shop owners consulted the Aundh Store where again they claimed we had been 5 days over the date of Expiry and assured they would let us know about validity. After 7 more days on 3th February they responded with "card not valid". Please force the shop and Titan to comply with all details and honour our purchase.
