Helios Watch Store — Watch not delivered | |||||
I had ordered this online watch day before yesterday. Plz find attached for your reference. However the rep from the Oberoi mall calls me and states that the watch is out of stock. My question is if the watch was out of stock why did the system let me order that watch. On further insisting when the watch will be delivered when I was ready to wait even for a month or so, the rep was rude and said he dnt know and it's out of stock all over India. I see the same watch on flip kart now and I'm sure it's in stock. Can you please arrange this watch and send the delivery to me at the earliest. Thanks !! Was this information helpful? | |||||

I wud really appreaciate if someone would reach out to me at the earliest with a resolution and not a reason!! Also it wud have been great if you wud got me to via email with some resolution at least... this standard draft really doesn't help me at all.
I would be waiting for your reply though and expecting a resolution at this at your earliest!!
