Heritage Fresh — misleading the consumers | |||||
I have taken membership of heritage fresh outlet situated in Sheela Nagar. The firm promises the customers that they will deliver the food and grocery to their home so that they will sell their membership. But once I paid the money taken their membership they started putting conditions that I am suppose to buy more than five hundred then only they will give home delivery services. Also after pushing the bill amount they delivery was done after 3 hours. Therefore it is requested to refund my membership money. Since company has not fulfilled the promises which are also mentioned on their website.
