Heritage Fresh — overcharged in invoice

Dear sir/madam

Heritage fresh (Future retail limited) is retail store i went on 11/11/2017 to buy some products in that one product named brita gday nuts 100g which is nothing but a britannia good day nuts cookie 100g, price of this biscuits is 20rs but they charged 25rs

This is not the first time i am facing this issue last time approx two months back they overcharged for one coffee product around 100rs after that i approached them and they refunded the amount

This time again when i called them they asked me to come to store and take refund but i am logging this complaint not for refund strict action should be taken against them

As because i am checking invoice every time i am able to find this error, in the same way they are overcharging for thousand of customers and out of them how many are checking invoice we don't know

So it is my request to take necessary action against them so that they can take this issue seriously
