I booked Hero electric optima hs 500 er (white). On advance booking. We arranged 50% of cash and 50 % loan they arranged on 31/10/2020. In the showroom (SRI GURU PRANAA MOTORS HERO ELECTRIC BIKE. (1/71, KRISHNAGIRI MAIN ROAD, (OPP MAHINDRA TRACTOR) OLD DHARMAPURI. DHARMAPURI.635701.) Then we are going today they are not arranged no loan . They will telling net cash only not arrange the loan is not possible telling so this my problem so kind give me the booking rupees 3000. When we are come today they will telling not arrange the loan. Then We are cancelled the booking, they are not giving me on booking Rs 3000.
So please resolve the issue. They are giving the very bad response of the show room. I didn't expect the Hero electric is very bad customer service response.
