Hero Electric — Faulty HERO EV scooter Optima CX

I have purchased EV Scooter Optima CX ER-dual battery on 29.06.2022. Since day one i am facing brake issue in rear wheel. One day rear wheel got jammed due tp this fault. Made a complaint to Lakulish Motor Vadodara on 12.07.2022. Pathanbhai mob-[protected], Head Mechanic changed spring of rear brake and made it kamchalau. But problem persisted. Again i contacted him on 15.07.2022. He told me to keep bike in show room. I have parked scooter in show room on 21.07.2022. Since last 7 days Lakulish Motor is unable to rectify the defect stating that there is no support from Hero Electric. Today Pathanbhai told that he has changed Liner, brake wire but still problem persisted.
kindly give me another EV scooter. This defective piece may be returned.
