I purchased EV Optima CX white in the year 2021. I got 2 battery

Last month I started facing issues with battery B2. It get drain out in 25 km only.

I travel to my office daily. Need immediate assistance for the battery. My battery is in warranty but still there is no replacement yet.

I buy it from Monil cycle mulund. I paid 350 Rupees to check the battery. They confirm me that their is a fault in battery.

They asked me to wait for 2 Months.

I can't wait too long.

Need urgent replacement or alternate battery till the time.

Tried to connect you on toll free number but no one answers. Poor service
