PL reff our Teli diss and refer below trailing mail,
As per attach pictures batteries are clearly seen Damage due to Over charging . At time of vehicle attended by Hero Electrical Dealer its under warranty .
As per my repeatedly complaining at your Nagpur Dealer .
But its not replace by the same.
Also your Nagpur Dealer not ready give any Return Report for Battery failure .
Form last 02 month my vehicle is off road .
My first mail was on 16. Jun 2016 till today still I am not received any positive response . There is no fault form my side.
I Am suffering form 02 month now I am frustrated for your very slow response . Pl keep your vehicle and return my Money back.
Or resolve my problem .

Thanks for your suggestion.
But last 30 days my Vehicle in your workshop Nagpur .
I cant understand how much time to take Approval to repair Photon ( Hero Electrical Vehicle)
Last 5 Month I am complying Battery excessive charge due to your charger,
But your service person sure me every time charger is repaired .
Today I received call form your service person, Battery failure due to Heavy charge .
I cant understand Which kind of service given by HERO .
pl give me some verifiable conclusion.

if any dissection free to talk to me.
