Hero Motocorp — Battery problem right by the first day of purchase

I purchased a hero maestro from shivalik motors kalka hr. On 2nd may 2017 company no 8817.
I am very much depressed after purchasing this vehicle.
No body provided me any solution.
After complaining service engg. Mr pawan visited last quarter 2016.
Still my problem is not resolved.
Plz respond me immediately for resolving self start problems..
