I declare hereby that I sri Monoj Aich a customer of your company Hero moto crop ltd), I bought a glamour two wheeler (Glamour SX DRS BS IV I3s) in October 19_2018, engine No JAO6EHJ9J29441, key No 2809, colour Techno Blue, Metal Black, Battery Exide, .Selling the two wheeler I am facing various problem, Buying after 3 days ( October 21, 2018), the SELF starter, Horn was disorderd, It was said that the battery was down by the service center (sur motor workshop).After wards, the above said same problem, and also engine problem, sylender problem, other problems were created, ..Sur motor workshop did not cooperate correctly, I am facing the problems till now,
Kindly accept the complain, and request you to take hot action and solve the problems also give a new battery taking the old battery of the car for warrenty processing
