Hi, my name is dharam vir, and i own a hero splendor+ since 8 of december 2016, and i have driven my bike for approx 8000+ kms, and bike had been sold to me as an attractive offer of 5 years full warranty services, now suddenly i got issues like some kind of weird noises coming from engine, bike has been purchased by oswal hero pritampira delhi, and for weird sound problems, it has been submitted to upper india hero, where it has been serviced regularly on time to time, so main concern is in order to fix up my bike, they are asking me for 600-800 bucks for fix up, and as its in warranty perios i believe i am not meant to pay rather than cost of engine oil, which is understandable, now in bried they told me, bike's oil pump has been jammed for which you have to pay 300 and 295 for oil, and some additional charges for fix up, as i believe it's an issue related to engine which is warranty, i asked them to write up all charges and reasons for payment issues on the company's letter pad, so basically i am willing to take this case in consumer court of delhi. And one more thing, i tried calling all company's number of head office, nobody picking up tried 7-8 times. Was this information helpful? | 
It works fine till April 2016
But after that it's engine cranks and won't start
The scooter was serviced always at JK Enterprise East of kailash
They will not be able to correct it they just only make bills
Replace my scooter or give a permanent solution
