Hero Motocorp — Dealer staff misbehave

Dear sir,
I am Sourav Chadha from ludhiana. I am purchase new bike in Ur showroom. Bhullar motor. On hambran raod ludhiana. Your showroom service is zero. I had puschased bike on 30.10.2016 and fanince. Your fanincer say today system in slow so Tuesday approved your loan. I goes to showroom 1.11.2016 at 11 am he say to our system is problem and some backup problem taken company. If verification is okey den I gave document. Den I call ur toll free number. He say to nothing is problem in system 3:30o'clock verification is okey. But Ur dealer is not call to me. I call to Ur dealer he say to RC number are to start if start den I call.. After 4:15 pm he call me sir come to showroom. And taken Ur document m sitting Ur showroom 4:45pm and Ur showroom madam say to me sir wait for 30 mint. M am wait there 6:45 pm . she say sir u take ur documents are at morning. Then I say mam its very urgent to me then she gave me document on7:30 pm.. Its Ur service and Ur dealer not gave me first aids kit not gave me down payment recipit, not gave service book and not do that lamination... I had big mistake to purchare your hero bike.. Dear sir plz your dealer staff behavior is very ridley and not frank with me. He is gave me one water class..your hero fanincer sale person had told me Lena ha ta le nahi ta jao...
Plz gave me revert of this mail as soon as possible. M waiting Ur response...
