Hero Motocorp — Defect in Rear tyre of new purchased Hero Splendor plus bike

Respected Sir,
I had purchased Hero Splendor plus bike on 8th October 2019
from Samrat Motors Satara.Now Air problem occurred in my bikes rear tyre.
Today I contact to Samrat Motors Satara and asked them to solve the problem.
But they said that the twelve months have been passed on purchasing the bike and the kilometres are being 18000.so we are unable to replace the rear tyre.
As old customer of Hero Splendor plus my complaint about the quality of TVS companys tyre is very poor that's why rear tyre of my bike have been damaged earlier.
I request you to maintain Heromotocorp companys reputation and better customer service ask the Samrat Motors Satara to replace the rear tyre of my bike in free of cost.
