Hero Motocorp — dissatisfaction in free servicing

Sir,
I am an old customer using hero bike from 1997. Last year on 30th nov-2017 i purchased one hero extreme sports. From very first servicing i was feeling dissatisfied with your servicing. Yesterday my 3rd free servicing done at aditya motors, baripada, mayurbhanj, odisha. When i took my vehicle from showroom during evening hour and could not detect any sound immediately. But in the next day morning i detect some sound is coming from the rear wheel and at about 8.30 am i rushed to the show room and requested the supervisior regarding the same and solve the same as soon as possible. He immediately denied and told to come later. I rushed immediately to a nearby garage and the mechanic solved the problem within 10 minutes, which could have been done by the technician of your show room.
Secondly, one more problem which have not been solved till date after complaining 4 times in the show room. The problem is when i am using rear brake, a sound (Kat) is coming frequently feeling like rear brake is disconnected.
Sir as i am an old hero bike user, i am also referring friends around me to purchase hero bike.
You are requested to look into the matter and expect prompt action from your end.
