I bought a hero duet scooty from

I bought a duet scooty here in hero shoreroom that bike is not giving avarage not at all I am going to shoreroom from last 3 months from when I bought scooty from shoreroom and they are rotating me
Around the shoreroom and he is not responding to my words and he is not at all giving respect to me he changed some parts in bike when I gave for service and
After I went and I ask he is what u will do me and I won't give your bike he is saying
When I am buying bike he is very sensitive now he is talking very rude
Plzzz help me

+91 20 3961 1862 That manager name is:Gavanckar And his no is:9822010628, 8657390060 I went to take a mastro bike with his advise he said this bike is good .Good., and I bought, that bike dute and after using 5 days I got 25 avarage he said it's service problem after that scotty gave same. After he said see once after we will see he said and after he did 2nd service that bike gave 30 km for 1lit OK petrol Now 3 service also did and no avarage he did avarage test 3 to 4 times and no result he did like that from last 3 months onwards now he is lifting hand I can't do any thing when I came to take a bike he gave that bike he said that keep belive on me he said Now I lost my money When I was talking duet scooty he said it will give 63avarage And it will give atleast 55 he said it is not giving half in that plzzz take a action on him .. plzzz

My complaint is about phone call. I was tried many times tocontact from yesterday by call to jay kay automotive workshop, 2-bhaktinagar station plot, rajkot but still today phone call was not received.

We have booked Hero Duet on 30th March as per discounts offered by the company through your one of the dealer at Bangalore named BIMAL motors, Byatarayanapura Bangalore. As on date vehicle is not delivered and told that vehicle is not registered and require further 2 days more. Pls look into this issue as customer we are affected.
