This is a very bad and frustrating service from hero.i serviced my vehicle 2 months before there was a lock set problem and on that time service center dont have lock set to replace and they told me that if it is available we will inform you but they didnt informed me till now day before yesterday on 27/01/2019 i visited to service center then also they dont have lock set and then also same excuse we will arrange in 2 days now 3 days over no phone calls nothing and they didnt reply to my call i contacted to spare parts incharge.
I want to suggest company that there are many problem of stealing of petrol from all bikes when it is parked in some basement or unsecured place.So it should be permanent locked or iron pipe between tank and engine.

My bike beating is very high, service is not good godavarikhani Ramagundam branch my bike is gloumer bs6
I purchased galmour bs6 variant in June 2020. Just in November 2020 I had to face bike starting problem. I tried self start, kick start but in vain. When I visited showroom they changed the battery and the bike again starting troubling as earlier in less than a week. Engine gets off suddenly in mid traffic and sometimes bike don't even start. What is the problem with the bike? Can this problem be fixed?

Very very worst service and very. Worst engine in the world hero passion xprobike very worst sevice from hero staff and showroom they are telling but work and service is zero from I purchase bike the engine noise was coming but they did not able to solve they problem because their engine is 3rd quality so they are wasting customer timing and they are coolly tell what ever you do it do it we will face it you complaint were ever we don't bother that they waste my baterry guarantee period also now they are wasting my engine guarantee period

Please don't buy any bike from hero company because they engine is very bad quality and their service also very poor condition and they did not response customer
If you buy hero bike you waste total money and after you will suffer in service and you not get any response from hero staff and maneger they tell cooly do it what ever you do it we don't bother at all
If you pay money they ready to solve problem and they response customer no money no response they aiming only from customer inany way in communication they talk soft and smoothly in face to face they are using bad word
